I recommend this company 100% especially if you’re going through it with NACA. Now I see some posts about getting calls returned. Firstly this is a small business and people are very busy. REACH OUT AGAIN! do your own following up. I almost always get my calls and emails answered and returns and in the few times they get lost in all the commotion Nadira and her team is trying to hold up I simply call again. It’s really not a big deal. They get you to your dream house I promise you. My assigned realtor David has a hustler spirit. If you’re dragging your feet on finishing the deal, he’s going to pick you up and carry your butt to closing. He’s also amazing at seeing if the house is solid before you even get the inspector out. January 21 · Sheena BaileyI started working with Diamond-mine August 2024 in which I did a consultation with the sales rep Tamika who referred me to my realtor, David Griffin. It was a long journey with ups and downs but throughout David remain consistent telling me not always what I wanted to hear but what I needed to hear. We went back-and-forth about what was realistic in this housing market and with my budget and then I realized that he was right. He was only guiding me in the right direction.There were times when I wanted to bid on apartments that I could not afford or that was going to cost me in the long run. Within pointing me in the right direction at times of might’ve lost my cool and sent him some texts that weren’t always so pleasant, but David maintained his composure continue to be professional. In the long run, I realized that the fantasy that I had in my mind was not as good as the reality of my brand new apartment with a lovely kitchen and wooden floors in a neighborhood I wasn’t even looking at because I couldn’t imagine living there. I have own shares in my co-op for almost a month and I couldn’t be happier and more content with it thanks to David’s guidance. As a black man I felt like he looked out for me and help me to navigate a housing market and world that is not always fair to people who look like us.Overall Diamond-mine stood true to their name in which they help me to find my Diamond apartment as they continue to do great work to help housing inequality and ensure that you don’t go into debt paying for a realtor.
April 02 · Kevin LewisI second what this person below me wrote. I contacted this company and had two intake with Tameeka. I was assigned to a realtor who wasn't really my " realtor per se". First open house i went to wasn't even with my assigned realtor. I was annoyed and was told by the realtor Nadirah wanted to speak with me. I called multiple times and left her a voicemail and she never returned my call. I then decided to be done with NACA all together. Tameeka then reached out September 28 trying to convince me that she can find me properties and will be assigned to me as my realtor. It's now October 9th and have yet to hear a response. Every recommends this company but i didn't have a great experience. My advice is if you have savings, good credit score and low debt you're better off going the traditional route. Yes NACA has all these perks but there are limitations and restrictions that come with it.
