I partnered up with Scheffe Wilson. I was supposed to be her Partner. I’m licensed to facilitate real estate transactions in the state of Florida in addition to the state of New York. The first thing she asked me to do was prospect. Within not even 6 to 8 hours of prospecting, I was already getting a listing Appointments and individuals landlords that had vacant units that were thinking of moving forward and I convinced One to move forward and we had a set appointment and she canceled extremely unprofessionally. She made me look bad in front of the client she made herself look bad. The client conveyed to me that they were going to give us an open rental however, during the listing appointment, we can discuss the exclusivity for both the rental and the listing, and I couldn’t have been more grateful to the client for the courtesy that she extended to us. SCHEFFE WILSON EMBARRASSED US. FACTS. Also, without my acknowledgment, permission or knowledge, she signed me up for the MLS and we never even went to represent any landlord, tenant seller buyer or investor so she has got me into debt when I thought I found a partner and a new job position as a sales associate and I’m great at what I do I really am and I always keep the public best interest at heart. Stay away from this Agent Scheffe Wilson. She carries a lot of the same qualities that a lot of these other agents have out there a lot of these other sales persons here in the state of New York if it doesn’t benefit them, they care less about their associates and the public and really they shouldn’t be licensed or allowed to facilitate any residential commercial or any Type of real estate after the experience I had with her I felt nothing but malice! And that’s extremely disgusting behavior in business in the marketplace and good thing I found out sooner than later and no One was hurt and no money’s were lost. However, I’m in debt due to her, incompetence, her negligence, her lack of business etiquette and her lack of professionalism as a business, professional, and On a human level. I’m an American other than Queen’s most of my life our family has a military background I can facilitate real estate as I mentioned in the state of New York and Florida. This guy can't sell water to a fish.He shows up to the open house in his Hermes shoes, yellow Lamborghini, odd other expensive clothes, an associate female broker dressed like she is just there to sell promiscuity.Next day they send a text asking if I want to put in an offer.There must be a reason the house is still on the market 7 months later.Oh, also, besides for the clear overcompensation with the appearance, if you look at his sign in front of the houses he sells, it says broker, owner, entrepreneur; just another example of a broker that compensates for something he is lacking. Mr. Bah is a great real estate broker. He possesses two qualities that you need in a real estate broker: first, he is very knowledgeable; and, second, he is very honest. I have seen that Mr. Bah will not allow his buyer to close on a transaction if he will get hurt. He does not care about his commission. His first priority is that the client is happy. I have also seen this with all of his agents. I highly recommend Mr. Bah if you need to Purchase or Sell your home. He is one of the best in the business.

Bah Group has been instrumental in helping me and my family purchase our 2nd home. Everyone knows the process of purchasing a home can be challenging and often test ones resolve. The Bah team and me worked closely to ensure our respective parties (lawyers/bankers) were on the same page when issues arose. We worked as partners to get to the closing.
