Crown Realty Introduce
Navigating the New York City real estate market can be a complex and challenging experience for both property owners and tenants. From finding the perfect home to ensuring a building is properly maintained, having a reliable and responsive partner is essential. Crown Realty, a real estate agency and property management company in Brooklyn, works to serve these needs from its location on Henry Street. While the company's dual role as a real estate agency and a property management firm suggests a comprehensive approach, it is important for prospective clients to understand the full scope of their services and business practices to make an informed decision.
The core business of Crown Realty is centered on two key areas: real estate and property management. As a real estate agency, they would be involved in the buying and selling of properties, helping clients navigate the intricacies of the market in Brooklyn. As a property management company, their responsibilities would extend to the day-to-day operations of residential buildings, including maintenance, tenant relations, and ensuring the property is run efficiently. This combined approach allows them to offer a full spectrum of services to property owners, from finding tenants to handling long-term maintenance and administration. However, public feedback and reviews can provide a more nuanced picture of a company's performance, and it is crucial for individuals to consider this information when evaluating a potential partner for their real estate or rental needs. The reviews provided suggest that some tenants have faced significant challenges with communication and responsiveness regarding maintenance issues and security concerns. These challenges, if not addressed, can be a source of stress and frustration for residents, highlighting the importance of clear and consistent communication between a management company and its tenants.
Crown Realty is located at 100 Henry St, Brooklyn, NY 11201, USA. This address places the company in the heart of Brooklyn Heights, one of New York City's most historic and affluent neighborhoods. Brooklyn Heights is renowned for its stunning brownstones, tree-lined streets, and beautiful views of the Manhattan skyline and the Brooklyn Bridge. The neighborhood is a prime location for both residential and commercial properties, and its high property values make it a strategic base for a real estate and property management firm. The office's location on Henry Street is highly accessible, with several subway lines, including the 2, 3, A, and C trains, nearby. This makes it convenient for clients and tenants to visit the office in person, though the reviews suggest that direct contact with management can be difficult. The area's status as a desirable and well-established community means that Crown Realty is operating in a market with a strong demand for professional real estate and property management services. Their physical presence in such a key location reinforces their local roots and commitment to the area.
As a real estate agency and property management company, Crown Realty’s services are diverse. While a specific, detailed list is not publicly available, their core functions would include those typical of a company with their stated capabilities. As a real estate agency, they would handle property listings, showings, and negotiations for both sales and rentals. As a property management company, their services would extend to tenant relations, building maintenance, and financial administration for landlords. The negative feedback provided by real customers, however, points to potential gaps in the execution of these services. Specifically, issues with mail theft, roof leakage, and mold suggest that building maintenance and security may be areas of concern. The comments about receptionists redirecting calls to an unavailable manager also indicate potential issues with communication and responsiveness, which are crucial for effective property management. While their service offerings are broad, the quality of these services is an important factor to consider for any prospective client.

Based on their stated business types, Crown Realty's services likely include:
The most notable features of Crown Realty are its dual function as both a real estate agency and a property management company, as well as its prime location in Brooklyn Heights. This combined role allows for a holistic approach to real estate, where they can potentially handle a property from the point of acquisition all the way through to its ongoing management. For property owners, this could be a convenient and streamlined solution. However, the provided reviews are a critical highlight that must be considered. They paint a picture of a company where communication and maintenance responsiveness may be a challenge. The issue of a "negligent" landlord and a "non-working" security camera, as well as an unresolved roof leak for two years, are significant red flags that prospective tenants and property owners should be aware of. While every company has room for improvement, these specific examples suggest a need for more transparent and proactive management. The reviews highlight the importance of doing thorough research before engaging with a property management firm, especially in a market where the relationship between tenant and landlord is so crucial. A firm's reputation for responsiveness and problem-solving is just as important as its location or its list of services.
For those interested in contacting Crown Realty, the available contact information is as follows. It is recommended to use these official channels for any inquiries, and to be prepared to potentially be persistent in reaching a manager.
Address: 100 Henry St, Brooklyn, NY 11201, USA
Phone: (718) 522-5111
Mobile Phone: +1 718-522-5111
A phone call is the most direct way to get in touch. However, the customer reviews suggest that it may be necessary to try more than once to reach a decision-maker. This is an important detail for anyone looking to engage with the company for either real estate or property management services.
What is worth choosing about Crown Realty? Based on the available public information, a potential client should approach with an awareness of the company’s strengths and weaknesses. The primary advantage is its presence in a highly desirable and active real estate market in Brooklyn Heights. This location provides them with a deep understanding of local property values and trends, which could be beneficial for real estate sales. However, the public reviews raise serious concerns about their property management arm, particularly regarding responsiveness, communication, and building maintenance. For a tenant, this could mean significant frustration, while for a property owner, it could impact tenant retention and the overall value of their asset. Therefore, while Crown Realty has a prime location and a broad set of services, a prospective client would be wise to conduct extensive due diligence, perhaps asking for references from current tenants and landlords, to ensure their specific needs and expectations for communication and service are met. The choice to engage with Crown Realty should be made with a full understanding of the potential challenges and the commitment required to ensure a positive outcome.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1There are ongoing series of mail theft in my building but landlord is being negligent and enabling the criminals. My live-in Super thinks the security cameras are fake and non-working. It's no wonder crimes are going rampant in this building. Their way of handling problems is to ignore everyone and hope the problem goes away. Every time we try to contact the office, Receptionist will redirect to Manager's voicemail and, oh surprise, Manager is never in the office.
September 17 · Kong Meng XiongRoof leakage for 2 years now and no one will fix it!! There’s currently mold and giant holes in the interior walls of my apartment. I contacted the offices and have not heard back
October 06 · Kimberly DyceThere has been numerous issues with the apartment since I’ve moved in and every time I’ve been in contact with the main office the receptionist always has a condescending tone and I always end up in the conversation unsure of whether my issue will be fixed or if she’s just shutting it down for record purposes. This has happened on multiple occasions. The next time I experience this I will be in contact 311.
