This is my management company for 472 Gramatan Ave. I am a co-op owner there for 15+ years. My maintenance is insane and while the co-op building has done many upgrades, there has been an oil charge/surcharge I'm paying for years. I had a tenant in my unit that could NEVER get in touch with GLEN, the owner(?) or Gramatan management, and I second that bc he never returns my phone calls, as well.Janet, his secretary should receive accolades, however bc she does call back, but she must be inundated with complaints about Glen. She is doing his and her job.I do not feel they are on top of my super, who is another person you cannot get in touch with- nor is he expected to be able to get in touch with... and or $900 in maintenance for Mount Vernon... he needs to answer his phone.Sadly, if Gramatan Management were doing their job, my building would be marketable, profitable and by now...out of the red. If you drive by building 1 - it looks like a distant cousin from the courtyard's street appearance. No continuity.From a business perspective, I would never use them to manage my properties, nor as a contractor would I work for them. Standards are way too low and inconsistent.
