★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Before renting or buying a place in this complex make sure to understand that it’s an old complex and they use that as an excuse to not have any a.c in the lobby, not update any broken intercom systems or replace old carpeting or lead paint on walls. The buildings and circumference of the building and bushes are full of spider webs and spiders. When walking around the building you get stuck in webs. They will harass you even if you have children about any pets going to the bathroom on the concrete of the complex as if anyone can control when a dog decides to squat down. They follow you around and watch you which can definitely be claimed as harassment. They take money under the table for people to have parking spaces before it’s their turn on the list and they allow more than one person per household to have an extra space if paid extra. Each space is so tight that you can barely get in and out to your car which is crazy. There are not enough spaces for each apartment to have one space guaranteed per buyer which is pretty disgraceful considering they don’t disclose that there is a list prior to closing. They continue to raise maintenance meanwhile they just recently started to get on top of everything and try to start fixing stuff because people started speaking up. I complained for over a year until they finally had the hallway and elevator carpets professionally shampooed. They also date jobs that are upcoming just to make it look like it’s in the works, but it’s just to drag it out. There is constant urine and dog poop mush all around the circumference of the building because they don’t have an area for dogs to use bathroom so everyone just walks in it and tracks it along instead. There are plenty of dogs who pee on the grass, but if you’re not a target in managements eyes then they don’t harass you. The first year that I lived here with my infant and rescue dog, our apartment was freezing and infants can’t have blankets so when I contacted the manager he tried to compare my life to his nephews on a camping trip and how his nephew was able to withstand 68° temps. He doesn’t like to be told anything and will try to talk to people as if they are a child just because they are deemed young. I walk on eggshells while living here and constantly have to worry about who will say something to me or not. My dog was used to going on grass so the concrete was making her skip going on our walks and had her going in the house instead of on our walks so I took her on the side of building and they harassed me about that as well. My daughters carriage actually fell over due to the stress that has been caused for me with this situation. I take pride in having a clean living space and I don’t mind picking up after my dog. I always do, but my dog is old and sometimes she will go as she walks and while I’m wheeling a carriage, trying to rush her out of the complex, I may miss something unintentionally. I never met such evil people and I would never recommend this place to anyone. There is no air flow in the lobby (mailman even said it’s the only building in white plains that don’t have a.c). The super is in charge of stuff and does whatever he wants with parking spaces and gives them to his family without it being their turn as well. Why does a super have 3/4 parking spaces meanwhile paying tenants don’t even have one space. It’s corrupt to say the least. If you ever move here just know it’s a dog friendly complex, but nobody is dog friendly (even some people who have dogs are God awful). Prepare to be harassed so much that you can actually have a case against them because it’s a terribly managed place and there is zero consideration by any workers. The grass is cut so everything looks like stuff is maintained but in reality there’s a lot of funny stuff taking place that will eventually come to light.

May 28 · briana halleyResidents aren’t allowed on any of the green space on the property so if you want an apartment building in which you can perhaps put a blanket down and read or sit under a tree, this is absolutely NOT the property for you. And god forbid, you accidentally step on a tiny morsel of grass in front of any of the Maintenance workers. What’s the point or appeal in having a courtyard if no one can actually use it?

April 02 · Allisunwhat a disgrace. management demands that tenants put a diaper on their dogs but call themselves a "dog friendly building". it's inhumane.
