We have been really dissatisfied at our office in SPACES at 401 Park Avenue South, Suite 904, NY, NY 10016. We have been at this location since August of 2023, before which we were at SPACES 287 Park Avenue South (we moved a couple of offices there due to noise), NY10010.Since January of 2024 we saw a decline in the services at Spaces 401 Park Ave S. We have email messages going back to January 3, 2024 asking reception to put paper towels by kitchen sink. This turned into an almost everyday event where we had to notify reception of the basics, every day.The printers were always unreliable.Temperature control completely unreliable, freezing one day, boiling another.Wifi ok, but spotty some days.Spaces, hallways unsanitary!!Bathrooms are disgusting!!The dishes that come out of the dishwasher have to be hand washed before use as they come out dirty still.No hand soap, no paper towels, in men’s bathroom and kitchen – this is an everyday issue that has never been resolved.There is no cleaning crew in sight for months. We have not seen any cleaners this entire year.The kitchen is overflowing with garbage bags for days on end.There is no one here taking any responsibility or ensuring that our daily work experience is pleasurable. Reception staff are apologetic, but not making any difference in improving the working conditions.Printers!! No printers available for weeks end of June through mid July, and we have been asked to go to fedex every time we need to print something or download all on a USB stick to print at printer which is a waste of time.We have been forced to leave our office because our everyday working environment was made miserable by SPACES.We moved out of Spaces on August 1, 2024. They are holding our retainer ransom. FOR ANY FUTURE RENTERS. BEWARE OF SPACES!!! DO NOT RENT HERE AS YOU WILL BE MISERABLE.THEY DO NOT DESERVE THE ONE STAR. - Aamir Khandwala
