The apartment is comfortable, and larger than the competition in New Rochelle (that's a huge plus!).But one of the biggest reasons I've loved it here is the "family" or community-like environment. The property manager Jessica Agostino has been incredibly kind and accommodating to us since the first day we have ever moved in here.When my sister passed away, Jessica was there for our family immensely and checked in on us. Not to mention, I, myself, had a baby and Jessica, also a mother, surprised us with gifts for the new family member.If you call them with a concern, they rush to sort it our right away. I have had many instances where Management has gone above and beyond.They've become a family to us. Six years is a long time, but genuine hospitality, support and service of this caliber is not easy to come by. Highly recommended!

She was absolutely amazing —I called last Friday an hour before closing asking if I could come view a unit last minute , even tho I was almost an hour away she was super pleasant and not only took her time to show me around the property and amenities but was happy doing so !!! I came in with my super energetic toddler and she was understanding ,professional, friendly, and very helpful every step of the way. The building itself was beautiful, and her excellent customer service made everything smooth and stress-free. Thank you, Esther, for making the process so pleasant!Please give Esther a raise her service was 10/10Cannot wait for move in day!

Expensive amenities that they never do maintenance for, excessive construction noise, unhelpful managers, extremely expensive rent for what this place is. And the cherry on top, our security deposit check didn’t work and they are not picking the phone or reply to our emails, so pretty much we were scammed our deposit until this people decide to return our calls. Avoid this place, there are much better places nearby at the same cost.

The concierge is always friendly and helpful. NOISE BEWARE! They are renovating units and give you no warning that a crew will be practically chipping a passage to china above your apartment- FOR WEEKS! Seriously- it is so loud I cannot hear myself on the phone, it sounds like someone is trying to drill a hole through the earth. Good luck getting any work done! My review will be updated once they fix this egregious mistake. When you are paying LUXURY prices for apartments, this is not how you expect to be treated.EDIT- Still, no notice for loud noises when they are drilling near your apartments. Since then, they also decided to renovate ONE out of the four elevators, what does this mean? Now you only have two elevators working *on a good day*, because one (or more) are always broken! Theres about a 50/50 chance you'll be stuck in one elevator for the whole building, during rush hour and commuting GOOD LUCK! I have missed more trains living right next to the train station living here then I ever had if I lived farther away so the convenience of being next to the train isnt even worth it!

Be warned, renovations are going on in every single apartment for years to come. Your sleep, peace of mind, just wanting to mind your own fkg business? None of that matters... Occasionally we'll get emails about the progress of renovations in the building "to help improve the community" but the community they are talking about is the one that doesn't live here yet; not the poor people living here right now. Rent keeps going up. What we pay isn't good enough. Current rent is for the PRIVILEGE to kinda sleep here while they make it a more expensive place for their valued future community.Other than that ,It was a great concept when I came here with a nice gym and by the train station just not great once it turned into an endless construction zone.On the positive side, this could make an EXCELLENT home for deaf people who don't mind a lot of building vibrations.
