Before we relocated to Select Office, we've rented in Midtown East, Midtown South and saw an endless number of offices around NYC, but Select Office Suites was the best of all. The space is warm and inviting, the offices are well sized and measurements are accurate. The management, front desk receptionist and the entire staff is always happy to help and assist with anything. The leasing terms were better than anywhere else we've been and it includes filtered water and coffee. We've been renting in NYC for 10 years, but when we moved into Select Office Suites was the first time we felt welcomed and quickly became friends with a few staff members. We love it and wouldn't consider anything else. Location is the best, elevators are quick (very important) and every office has a window (indoors or outdoors).

July 17 · Kevin KellyI used one of the hourly rental conference rooms.Admittedly, they are low-priced and so one must be willing to compromise. With that said, the rooms are not suited for zoom interactions because the rooms echo and have awful acoustics for a video call. Furthermore, the lighting is dim and there is no natural light (they don’t show windows in the listing so the latter is to be expected).The check in and booking (via LiquidSpace) we’re hassle free. The bathroom was clean and spacious.
