Their workers are so rude and disrespectful specially the Colombian name Edgar he such rude and disgusting person to deal with, nasty responding to questions and let alone whenever he is sent to fix something in my boyfriend's apartment CONSTANTLY ON HIS CELL attending personal calls and texts to the point the in few occasions was arguing and screaming to the top of his lungs. This is the most disgusting worker I have ever encounter him a few others this is so unprofessional

April 17 · Cinthya RiosBad management company. They sign a year lease and everybodys lease that expires after a year the office increases it by at least $200. And they tell you, you can either renew it or just leave....They already charge $1900 for a 1 bedroom apt which is so ridiculous in astoria. and then they want another $200 to renew the lease. So $2100 for a 1 bedroom, in a dirty building. All their buildings are dirty by the way. I have talked to many people living around the buildings and its the same story.. after the lease is up Josephine and her entourage increase the rent by a ridiculous amount!! Why are they so greedy. Everything they own was inherited and they think they can do what they want? They dont care about their tenants at allThey have been trying to fix the stairway, hallways for the longest time in their buildings.and you can tell the work that is being done is cheap...they use the cheapest supplies and decor. Where does all the money go to that they take from people in these overpriced apartments?? There are no banisters, theres no furnace , dirty and dusty all over the place from the construction, and its been like that for many many months.Is this even legal to leave the hallways like this...its a huge hazard and a lawsuit waiting to happenit is not worth it to live in these apts for $1900 or $2100, nothing. Its not worth it period!!! They dont do any work in the old apts, they only gut renovate them when one moves out..On top of that any work their super comes in and does to your apt is cheap work and they expect to be tipped as well. They find spare parts from the management company to temporarily fix your sink, stove, lights, etc... thats BS if you ask me and the cheap way outGreedy greedy greedy thats all they are. In these difficult times that we all are going through the nerve of this management company to think they can charge whatever they want for the bug infested dirty apts that arent worth a dime...
