Keep in mind that I sent in my lease renewal literally a week before the pandemic started and stuck it out there during the horrific first 6 months (while everyone else escaped) and again, was also a long term resident. Yet they were not willing to work with me at all, forcing me to pay for the unit for the 6 months I was unemployed and no longer living in it, completely depleting my savings.Aside from how they handled Covid, they were also terrible in handling a horrible leak coming from my upstairs neighbor, which took 3 months to resolve.The super at the time also threw loud parties late at night in the outdoor space on the side of the building (where half of the building's windows face) every weekend, even during the pandemic.
