If you need a viable place to work a library I’d probably better than this place. Although all locations are not the same Regus Valley Stream has to be the worst. Although the full tenure of my 3 years spent there weren’t bad, new ownership/ leadership combined with questionable customer service would suggest you conduct your important business in a location that values its customers. Just my thoughts

As a client I learned some interesting details about the company as issues came about. It is such a great concept but definitely needs some work. The actual office at this location is great. The front desk is extremely helpful and professional. I've never had an issue with them, if anything they made my business look even better. What I love the most is the way they answered my calls I've always been complemented on that. As far as REGUS is concerned if they tweak their issues for the better it could really change the outcome.

Located right off sunrise highway.If arriving by taxi (which will likely drop you off at the side street off sunrise highway), the entrance door is on sunrise highway and not on the side streets. The building has ample parking and security.Take elevator to 5 floor, the suite does not have a Regus sign outside, but it is the only office without a sign. Tip: on exiting the elevator take a left, and it's the first office on your right.Office staff were very friendly and helpful. Their service took longer than expected, but I was offered free coffee and water while waiting, so can't complain 🙂. Also, there were Covid safety measures in places- masks, hand sanitizers, social distancing. I was the only client there, so no lines 😃.Clean office, great location, great staff.

The customer service here has been very great and accommodating. The atmosphere is friendly and welcoming to both guests and new businesses moving in. They host community networking events every few weeks to make newcomers feel part of something special. Sonya and Brianna have been very flexible when it comes to meeting deadlines, making certain exceptions, and addressing all questions or concerns at anytime of the day. I'm extremely shocked to see any "review" bad mouthing the front desk. They work their entire day to ensure everyone in the offices are happy and satisfied. My best piece of advice is to never listen to someone else's words (including mine). Always check something out for yourself. In this case you won't be disappointed.
