Unfriendly and unhelpful receptionist, manager, staff and customer service. They act as if you owe them something even though you pay rent and they simply supposed to do their job by providing you with an office space and greeting customers. This is the worst regus I’ve ever been to. This site manager acts as if she owns regus and is not client oriented at all. No client greeting ever, no customers greeting, they won’t even let you know that somebody came and is waiting for you. Regus need to take a better care of its customers instead of repelling them with a manager and staff like at this location.
