Waste of time. He lists a apartment as available. I inquire about it. Responds asking for income and credit. Mention i also have a a voucher. Then he starts saying he received a application on it from a person with a voucher. Then started saying he hopes the process doesnt take three months "like the last one". We went back and fourth through email about a pin letter then i told him thats a different program that I am not in. I attached my voucher to the email and he confirmed my voucher would work for the apartment. However when i told him a day and time im available. he stopped responding. Said i can view it in person. Then stopped responding. Its a shame that these people really think this housing search is a joke. Its like they are more concern housing the 1% when there are people in dire need of homes.

please be careful with this man, he will con you, take your money and provide you with a bug infested, mice infected, mold and holes plus pipe exposed apartment. He only allows you to pay him in certified checks or cash. It happened to me. Once I paid him the money and I moved my furniture, in the apartment I realized the terrible conditions. I returned the keys and the landlord agreed to give me all my money back. But Ray refused, he said he did his job, clearly he didn't he just stole my money. I asked for him to return my brokers fee deposit as I had moved out less then three days from signing a lease, he also rented the apartment less then one week later. Now Im taking him to court. Please don't fall victim to this thief. Don't pay cash or certified checks to him.

I worked with Ray Vazquez from RV Realty to lease an apartment in the UES part of Manhattan. Ray was always available to chat, and answer my questions to the best of his knowledge. He got me a lease that I was comfortable signing. It isn’t an easy job since he has to work with both management and tenant to come to an agreement, and I appreciate his efforts.

Great broker!! He’s always very courteous, friendly and knows his business. He’s good at getting back to you in a timely manner. I was looking for an apartment for over 3 months and thanks to him found my little place in Manhattan and I’m extremely happy. I highly recommend him.

Be careful of this guy. Tried to rent a beautiful apartment with him a few years back. Asked if a cat would possibly be okay. Told me to lie on the application and just not put my cat and that if I got the apartment to just sneak the cat in. A few years later, my boyfriend rented an apartment with him. When he was trying to pay the broker's fee he openly admitted to accepting the fee only in cash so that he would not have to pay taxes on it.
