However, from various accounts and from pictures, their apartments look great!I’ve been in the market for a 1 bedroom for going on a year now. During this time, I’ve responded to several Goldfarb listings in this building (1540 Pelham Parkway) or their other property on Williamsbridge and Pelham Parkway.The last time I responded to a Goldfarb listing for a 1 bedroom, they said there were no 1 bedrooms available. I thought that was odd because the listing stated otherwise. I sent them a screenshot of the listing, and after a few emails they sent an application. I never applied because they have a strict no pet policy in their properties.With 3 properties on Pelham Parkway alone (not including the one on Matthews Ave), I would think that at least ONE property would permit pets, if even for an additional fee. Their apartments look so clean and lovely.If they ever change their policy, I’ll gladly apply.
