I have been a tenant in one of pep real estates properties for approx 28 years. They also own New York Commercial Real Estate Services. Since the inception of Ronald and John Pasquale taking over the building approx 15 years ago, pep real estate, 177 spring st Corp and who knows what else they go by, these landlords don't care at all!!!! Not to be trusted! A big heads up for renters and buyers!!!! The building is kept like a nightmare and you don't want to go thru what I have in the last 12 years! Mice, rodents, mold and the ceiling collapsed on me! I've been in court hell! Do yourself a favor no matter how amazing the location, find a new space!!!! TRUST ME YOU WILL THANK ME LATER!
