★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Nick and Felicia helped us buy our spectacular apartment in Brooklyn NY. Nick and Felicia spent a significant amount of time with us to understand our needs, likes and dislikes. They then very efficiently arranged for showings that fit our schedule (we live out of state) which required working with the sellers agents. Nick guided us through the bidding process on the apartment that we absolutely fell in love with eventually securing it for a reasonable price (despite an offer already on the table). During the negotiations they worked tirelessly and very quickly to ensure all needed paperwork etc were put together at one time (vs having to provide information over a laborious time span). Nick and Felicia helped us after the closing to ensure a smooth transition and walk-through. Finally, they were very quickly able to get the apartment rented out (as we couldn’t move in for some time).I recommend Nick, Felicia, and the Corcoran team wholeheartedly. The are thorough professionals who have a solid understanding of NY/NYC laws, the NYC areas/neighborhood, great connections (closing attorneys etc.) and immense patience. I have the highest of praise for them and it was truly a pleasure to work with them.
May 06 · shreekant parasuramanI feel that I have to set the stage here for any reader to understand that the property that Nick and Spencer represented for me was part of an estate of a family member which I oversaw as estate executor from a long distance. It is also important for you dear reader to understand that I am a very impatient person, picky with high expectations for services to be delivered efficiently, with data to back-up recommendations.... I am not always polite in my feedback.Through this journey, I interviewed several Brokers and asked them to complete a multi-page proposal which went beyond the usual Broker price setting and marketing proposal. Nick and Spencer did not flinch! They responded to all of my questions with specific plans and supporting data.More importantly, they delivered on their promise!As an added bonus given the complexity of NY sales rules adding in legal layers with the addition of the co-op Board and lawyers and financial representation, Nick assessed all of my concerns guiding us to solutions for overcoming paperwork bottlenecks. I honestly do not think we would have completed the ping-pong negotiations with two offers, morass of co-op requests and unique requirements of an estate sale without Nick and Spencer.To summarize - not only do I highly recommend Nick Athanail and his team - I plan on using them again for another property.PS: I also should note that I began the communication with Nick and Spencer during the renovation and staging process and found their input on decisions to be valuable for presenting a highly desired property in the Chelsea market.

Great advice at every step of the way, starting with pricing based on market analysis, including referral to a fine staging provider that provided rented decor, and all the way through to getting multiple bids at the initial asking price and selecting a buyer who breezed through the coop board’s approval process. All the way through, they kept in close touch, informing and guiding and listening to us. Highly recommended!
