May 26 · Uri KaweblumI love my apartment/super but this property management business is an absolute disgrace. Reshma, Bryan, Jane and Danisha are equally incompetent. I have endured abuse, theft, and suffering because of their carelessness; I was charged double rent by a ‘glitch’ (which I noticed, not them), and they refused to make amends/resolve the issue, ultimately leading to me losing my rights to the money I work for (I am an ICU nurse working through the pandemic). Their standards are atrociously low and there is a reason for their poor ratings. New York State is a big place and there are plenty of great real estate companies, do yourself a favor and take these reviews seriously and steer clear of this evil business. No tenant who has their bills on auto-pay such as I deserves all the suffering I have endured because of their incompetencies. You are putting yourself at risk by signing any contracts with these people.

Every time I've had an issue regarding my building and account, he's been very attentive and proactive. I highly recommend this management company. I'd also like to say that my super, George is also wonderful. He's highly attentive, cleans the building regularly and is very nice.

Lori seems to have a professional career in finding administrative reasons to slow or ultimately prevent it from ever happening, extremely uncooperative up until she decided to verbally contradict our written terms. Hides behind paperwork and the law until it is convenient and then provides verbal terms without ever acknowledging in writing. on one hand, I'm sorry I did not research them ahead of asking to sublet, on the other the way they operate is borderline illegal. threatened me, misled me, and assumes tenant does not understand credit risk. I gave up on the sublet because it became clear the process would be used as torment. sad that they treat good tenants poorly.
