Covid was the excuse as to why that person couldn't show up in a mask, everything was done remotely but not swiftly. Wrong phone numbers that lead to a fax machine was given us to contact them for an appointment. I had to Google the correct information. The pictures were first requested via text and then was told to email them. I was also told that my family member who sent pictures was supposed to receive a check in the mail. He didn't receive anything.

Well, now it’s December and they did another hard pull on my credit report for absolutely no reason. My landlord didn’t request it. So, I’ve talked to 2 supervisors at Landlord Guard, Evelyn & Christine, & both have tried everything in their power NOT to help fix their error.Where do I start? Let’s see...Christine hung up on me; she kept interrupting me when I tried to explain to her that TransUnion needs a Letter of Deletion from them only to insist that I could just simply ask TransUnion to remove it...both Christine & Evelyn denied that Landlord Guard pulled my credit report even though I’m literally staring at their company name & address on my report...Evelyn told me that they don’t help customers with things like this, and that she’ll only try as a “courtesy” and then never returned my calls.It’s been the oddest, most bizarre interaction I’ve ever had with a business. They both got defensive so quickly. Once I realized that they weren’t going to help me, I told Christine I’d report them to the BBB and she responded, “Sue me.”This place is a joke.So, I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and guess what? They have other complaints from people who also had their credit reports unnecessarily pulled.Look them up on BBB & consider yourself warned. DO NOT use their services if you don’t want to be screwed.
