Whatever she was paid to do, it did not seem to require the use of her computer monitor, which was often turned off when I walked by her desk except when her co-worker sat next to her. The refrigerator was dirty and had a bad odor, which I never smelled before in the 8+ years I've been using 445 Park Ave. I can see the place beginning to fall into disarray and for the first time I started looking at other business offices to use. It's embarrassing and very unprofessional if my clients have to experience what I experienced.
August 15 · Ann ChoiI was bothered by the office manager(Lin) while having an important phone call.I’m a member and attending Regus lounges all around the world.Because of its location this branch is convenient for me but unfortunately one of the managers makes the visits uncomfortable.Generally she is rude in communication and not polite, it feels like she wants to make sure you’re noticing her presence.The other office manager (sitting from the right side) is very helpful & professional.

I also use other Regus space around the country for my mobile business as a clinical and forensic neuropsychologist. I have seen Regus managers and staff come and go over time at 445 Park Ave. Lynn and Yogita (as well as their predecessor Dwayne) are the reason I am still using their space when I could have chosen many other options. Lynn and Yogita are organized, professional, dedicated to their work and always ready to meet my office needs. They remain professional even when other members are rude, disrespectful, or have unrealistic expectations of them (e.g., make wifi better or more stable, which is not their problem). Their wifi could be faster and more stable, on that note, which is the reason I took off one star. I hope their supervisors appreciate and recognize Yogita and Lynn for their work and would hate to see them go like Dwayne did. Frequent staff turnover is never a good thing for any business. This location has 1-2 staff (the main one being Lin, a manager) who are speaking loudly with each other and on the phone all day, making the coworking space a challenging space to work in.There are small spaces to the side with standing desks that don't work so the chair is either too high or too low to make it usable. There are phone rooms but they are occupied.The bathrooms do not seem to be serviced.I had a lot of trouble working at this location.
July 17 · Benjamin Joffe-WaltI have a membership since 2019 and this is the first time I received a poor and nasty service.I went to 445 Park Ave. and the new “manager” called Lin has absolutely no skills to be helpful or nice either polite with me.She was absolutely and intentionally unwilling to help me to find out when was my last bookings day 2 months ago.Her tone and attitude was saying “No” even before I finished with my questions.This woman is so impolite and rusty to help customers who are paying her salary. Unfortunately, Andrew who was very efficient and professional is not in that location. He was always ready to find a solution.
