Needed an office for the day as they were doing construction in my building, I had a zoom meeting and needed a quiet space. First and foremost, I cannot say enough good things about Mandy. She was so incredibly pleasant and helpful, she gave me a tour of the entire space before I settled in. The office space is very nice, they have a great pantry and the bathroom was clean. But again, Mandy is the highlight, with her professional, yet extremely warm and welcoming demeanor. I would definitely recommend this office space for a day or longer. Don’t waste your time looking at other places just book a room an office or whatever, else you need there. Keep in mind a lot of places charge by the hour and they wanted approximately up to $500 for the day! I had an office with no time limit which I ultimately needed as I did not leave until after 6pm.

The space was just recently refurbished to a newer modern look, with a new lounge area where you can sit and enjoy your lunch peacefully. You're centrally located in the heart of Midtown with many shops and eateries surrounding you. I highly recommended this office space to anyone who is looking to rent an office out for their work. The prices are also very reasonable.

There is a personal touch with the management and office administration at EONY. They are highly organized, attentive, and kind with their management practices. The space is new, the rooms are spacious, and its quiet. If the location works, I suggest you look the spaces they have available.

It looks amazing. The management team is very helpful, friendly and accommodating. The location is great, right next to Macy's and Penn Station. I'll give it a 5 star.

They have a very interesting magazine for you to read out while you wait for your appointment. It's a pretty secure office. They have a door man downstairs and a private window office. I definitely would rent here if I ever need an office space.
