If you want to be lied to, told you are wrong when you are not, have your feelings invalidated, be chided, mimicked, bullied and even yelled at, then hire this firm. The woman I thought I was hiring to represent me in the sale of my apartment, I was later told she "used to be an agent and is getting back into it." The man I dealt with (Adam) I never met until he showed up at my apartment with the buyer's mortgage appraiser completely unannounced. No appointment or communication whatsoever! He was obviously prepared to just let himself into my apartment. He challenged me regarding something with the management company and my attorney wanted to speak with him. He flat out refused to call and said "he is just trying to make me look bad" (So he knew he was wrong). I also contacted my management company so knew he was wrong also, but he would not back down (just one example). He played good cop with another agent Jeff (bad cop) and they tag teamed me on multiple occasions. I ended up taking a deal just to get rid of them. Never again.
