Chase Real Properties, LLC offers a comprehensive suite of real estate services designed to meet the diverse needs of the New York market. Their expertise spans various aspects of the industry, aiming to provide a one-stop-shop for clients. Their services include:
- Guiding clients through the home buying process, from initial search to closing. This includes helping buyers find properties that match their criteria, arranging showings, negotiating offers, and coordinating with other professionals like lawyers and mortgage brokers.
- Assisting property owners in listing and selling their homes. This involves market analysis to determine the right price, professional marketing of the property, and managing negotiations to secure the best possible sale.
- Facilitating rental agreements for both tenants and landlords. They help prospective renters find suitable apartments and guide them through the application process, while also assisting landlords in finding qualified tenants for their properties.
- Providing professional and personalized real estate consultations. They offer expert advice on market trends, property valuations, and investment opportunities to help clients make informed decisions.
Choosing the right real estate agency is a decision that can significantly impact your experience. While it is important to consider the range of services, it is also crucial to look at the agency's approach and client-focused philosophy. For some clients, Chase Real Properties, LLC stands out for its personal touch and dedication to providing a different kind of experience. A client review highlights this sentiment, praising a particular agent, Mr. Sammy, for genuinely caring about helping a client not just find a place to call home, but also peace of mind. This review suggests that the agency, or at least certain agents within it, go beyond a transactional relationship and seek to create a supportive and stress-free process. The review praises the office for making a stressful process "streamlined, quick, and easy," and for answering all questions while going "above and beyond" to accommodate requests and concerns. This suggests a service model where clients are treated as individuals, not just numbers. This level of personalized attention is rare in a city dominated by large, corporate real estate firms, and for many, this is a major factor in their decision-making process. The review further notes that this personal touch is "very rare to find these days with all these big box names."
As with any business, customer experiences can vary, and it is important to consider all available information. One review, however, raises serious concerns about the conduct of a specific agent, Sherif. This client recounts a deeply negative experience, claiming the agent was "only in it for the money," left them "homeless," and tried to "gaslight" them. The client alleges that the agent led them on for a month about an apartment, took a deposit, and then at the last minute, claimed the deal fell through. The review further states that the agent then tried to force the client into a more expensive apartment and made it difficult to get the deposit back, which was only returned after the client's father got involved. The client also mentions an article from The New York Times, suggesting the agent has a history of questionable behavior. This review stands in stark contrast to the positive one and underscores the importance of exercising caution and due diligence when selecting a real estate professional. It serves as a reminder for prospective clients to listen to their "intuition" and not allow themselves to be "bullied" by agents. It highlights that while an agency as a whole may have a certain reputation, the individual agent you work with is a key part of your experience. When considering any real estate agency, it is prudent to research not only the company but also the specific agent you plan to work with, read multiple reviews, and be vigilant throughout the process.

What is worth choosing in Chase Real Properties, LLC is the potential for a highly personalized and client-focused experience. Based on a positive customer review, the agency and its agents, such as Mr. Sammy, seem to have the ability to provide a level of care and attention that is difficult to find with larger, more impersonal real estate companies. This personal touch can be a significant advantage, particularly for first-time buyers or renters who need extra guidance and support throughout a stressful process. The potential for a "streamlined, quick, and easy" experience is a strong selling point for anyone looking to navigate the complexities of the New York market. For those who value being treated as a person rather than a transaction, and who appreciate a professional who goes "above and beyond," Chase Real Properties, LLC could be a compelling choice. However, the presence of a negative review highlights a critical point: the importance of individual agent conduct. This serves as a reminder that while the agency may have a positive philosophy, the quality of service can depend heavily on the specific person you work with. Therefore, potential clients should conduct thorough research and trust their instincts to ensure they have a positive and successful real estate journey.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1If you work with this agency, be warn! Their agent Sherif, is only in it for the money. He left me homeless and tried to gaslight me. He even told me I should have had a plan B! He lead me on for a whole month that the apartment was mine. He even asked me to leave a deposit for the room to be taken off the market. He waited until the 27 of this month (which was a Friday) to tell me that the other roommate wasn’t approved and because of that I couldn’t move in!! Which makes no sense because it’s separate leases. He went on to try to force me into a whole different apartment for more money! When I said no, he then was making it really hard for me to get my money back!!I had to get my father involved at the end and that was when the agency gave my money back within 10 minutes!!!!!Even though they put me through so much stress and hardship, I did not get any apologies!!!Also Sherif seems to be in the business of conning people. After this whole thing went down, someone sent me an article from New York Times and guess what he’s in it!Please always listen to your intuition! And don’t let these agents bully you!!!

June 24 · Karim BadawyGreat experience with agent Isaac Jaquez. He asked all the right questions, cared to know what was important to me and tailored my options to meet my needs. I told him that I needed a bright apartment, with a bedroom larger than 10x10. The unit he showed me has a 12x12 bedroom, it faces the South facade, with tree large windows in the bedroom, and windows all across the entire unit. The Bathroom have a window, the kitchen have a window. Absolutely sun drenched. Issac really listened to my needs and I absolutely trust I’ll be extremely happy and creative at my new apartment. May I also add the approval process took less than a week, he was responsive to all my text messages and questions, and walked me step by step through the process. Issac made this extremely fast, easy, and I am very grateful. Thank you Issac, I hope to work with you again in the near future.
October 19 · Annette VelizWhen I was looking to buy a house there was NO real estate people who want to spend time and effort to help me. Then I found CHASE REAL PROPERTIES. This was the scariest and the best experience because everything started to move so fast that my head started spinning lol . After Sam helped me buy the house HE also helped me with finding tenants and till today if I have any questions I can call him and he will be there TO HELP. I highly recommend Chase Real Properties for your first home buying experience.
July 09 · david maciukiewiczFinding an apartment is awful, but Sherif made things so much easier. Paid close attention to my needs and never left me hanging on communication. Couldn't recommend him enough, saved me a ton of stress.
