Horrible people to deal with. Super unresponsive and lack a heart. Raised our rent 35%in 3 years and would have raised it more if we did not dispute it. We also lost heat and electricity for a week 3 days after I gave birth to my daughter and they did not care. They kept blaming it on PSEG. We had to live in a freezing cold apartment with a newborn baby. I did not have a refrigerator or freezer. Whatever milk i had pumped with my colustrum from the hospital was spoiled. They did not reimburse us for the week we had no power. We are also not getting our security deposit back now. At least we are out of that place. Our apartment was full of mold and I am so grateful to be out of that place.

On December 11, 2024 I fell in front of your business at 45 Cuttermill Road, Great Neck, NY. I notified your employees. They had NO IDEA how to deal with such an incident and were completely unconcerned about my well being after my fall; all they were concerned about was the company's liability; truly poor form. The young male employee said he wanted to videotape me. I told him he didn't have my permission. Please do look at the videotape and you will see that I slipped and fell on the wet slate tile. I almost fell a 2nd time when leaving. After the rain, slate becomes very slippery; why anyone would choose this treacherous material as a sidewalk is beyond me. A.D.R.E is posting a public health hazard by having a slate tiled sidewalk in front of their business. There are many elderly people in this neighborhood who are now subjected to this slip/fall hazard.Your incompetent employees gave me the number to their "Supervisor" Danielle Grossman and "ARYA", they don't know his last name.I left a voicemail and never received a call back. I was not given the opportunity to fill out an incident report. The owners need to take responsibility for this incident. Furthermore, train your employees on how to respond to hazards and convey human decency.

We’ve lived in the East Village with ADRENY for the last three years and had a great experience. Overall, leasing with AD Real Estate went very well. It was an old building, so there were issues along the way, but they were very timely and tentative when those issues came up. They were also fair with rent and didn't increase it unreasonably when I renewed. I would recommend them.
