I lived here for two years and the first year was not too bad but the second year everything went down hill. The walls are incredibly thin and we had noisy neighbors blast music at all hours. Danelis the property manager is rude and unprofessional. She never addresses you by name in an email and is little to no help. I asked why we were being charged for two months of utilities at a time as we have a budget for the month and she said “we weren’t charged our first month so you might want to include that in your budget.” It’s overpriced and they don’t treat the doormen well either, there is so much turnover. They don’t have most of the amenities a luxury building has to offer and stuff is always broken. Don’t recommend to anyone. - Jords Rizza
