Baku, Fineko/ Within the framework of CAP/SAP project financed at the expense of the World Bank loan and grants of a range of organizations it was announced a repeated tender procedure for services of hardware and software supply for the system and form of financial and accounting reporting for budgetary institutions (FARABI).

The Ministry of Finance of Azerbaijan (project customer) reports that tender participation fee is 160 manat or $200. Courier mail services are paid additionally for 100 manat ($125).

Applicants must have at least $4 million of turnover for each year of the last three years, at least $500,000 of fixed assets, annual budget of at least $2.5 million for the last 5 years and at least 2 successful contracts for services of 35 and more educational institutions.

The contract will last for 6 months. Bids must be insured for a sum of at least $80,000 and accepted until 3 pm on 12 March.

The tender will be held at 3 pm on 12 March.
